Together with our R&D, production, testing, and global support teams, we are committed to driving this success from Romania,” said Dr. Liviu Bălan, Head of Country AUMOVIO Romania.

To secure long-term growth and strengthen its position as an independent company, AUMOVIO has launched a comprehensive strategy program built around three objectives:

  • Lead the market with pioneering products – Over 80% of global sales already come from top-three market leaders, with further growth targeted across profitable product lines.
  • Build a high-performance organization – By optimizing its portfolio, improving processes, boosting operational excellence, and reducing costs.
  • Deliver sustainable financial results – Ensuring long-term value creation for future shareholders.

“At AUMOVIO, we believe success is not just a goal – it’s part of who we are. For 25 years, our people have been pushing the boundaries of technology and creating value in a constantly evolving market. They are the driving force behind our actions, and we provide them with the trust and support they need to shape the performance of our new company and contribute to the development of the entire community through their drive and work,” explains Lăcrămioara Dărăban, Head of Country HR AUMOVIO Romania.

Combining decades of expertise with global reach, AUMOVIO offers a broad range of solutions from Romania, including sensors, displays, braking, and comfort systems, as well as advanced architecture platforms and driver assistance systems for connected and autonomous vehicles. All global business areas are represented locally, reinforcing AUMOVIO’s complete and strategic presence in the Romanian market.
