DODGE & RAM will participate in TIMISOARA AUTO EXPO 2023, the main new car fair in Western Romania. The event will take place at Shopping City Timișoara between June 10-11, 2023.
Dodge is a brand of automobiles, minivans and sport utility vehicles manufactured and sold by FCA US LLC in more than 60 countries and territories worldwide. Founded as the Dodge Brothers Company in 1900 with the lucrative purpose of supplying parts and subassemblies to Detroit's then-burgeoning auto industry, Dodge began building its own complete vehicles in 1914.
The company was sold to Chrysler Corporation in 1928 went through the short-lived DaimlerChrysler merger from 1998–2007 as part of the Chrysler Group, was part of Chrysler LLC owned by Cerberus Capital Management, a private equity investment firm, and it is now part of Chrysler Group LLC, which has an alliance with Fiat. Fiat plans to build on existing Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep platforms to co-develop Fiat-Chrysler vehicles.

Ram Trucks, stylized as RAM and formally known as the Ram Truck Division, is an American brand of light to medium commercial vehicles, established in 2010 as a division of FCA US LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Italian-American corporation Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. It was spun off from the Dodge brand, using the Ram Pickup truck line name. The Ram Trucks logo was originally used as the Dodge logo. "Classic" Ram trucks are manufactured at the Warren Truck Plant in Warren Michigan and the Saltillo Plant in Saltillo, Mexico. The new Ram pickups are built at Sterling Heights Assembly in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
