The Logic Pallet is intended to automate and standardize the movement of goods both within and between sites, enabling true end-to-end automation and supporting a fully autonomous, data-driven, and sustainable global supply chain.
Now in production and manufactured in the United States, the 48 x 40 Logic Pallet is purpose-designed for transporting boxed consumer goods and food products. It reimagines industrial transport by replacing traditional pallets and forklifts altogether.
The system delivers a 2,000 lb (907 kg) payload capacity, a 160-hour battery life, and autonomous operation from origin to vehicle loading, giving logistics operators unprecedented levels of automation, safety, and throughput.
Unlike standard shipping pallets, the Logic Pallet is a self-driving, self-loading, and self-unloading robotic unit. It serves as an in-facility shuttle for standard-sized pallets, moving items to storage, picking, and retrieval areas to maximize warehouse density and operator efficiency. Its versatile design also supports high-density, aisle-free storage layouts that can triple traditional warehouse capacity.
Traveling at 2.2 mph (1 m/s), the Logic Pallet ensures consistent and efficient transport throughout a facility. Coordinated by LINK—Logic’s AI-powered warehouse operating system—each unit dynamically optimizes storage and retrieval in real time, regardless of facility layout.
With autonomous stacking, automatic return for reuse, and advanced self-navigation, the Logic Pallet significantly cuts downtime, labor needs, and waste.
It also includes a patented weight-based inventory management system for on-demand cycle counts, plus automated item recognition via Item Master for real-time inventory visibility, reducing manual work and eliminating costly mistakes.
By automating consolidation, deconsolidation, and cross-docking, the Logic Pallet simplifies inbound and outbound processes, enabling faster, safer, and more cost-effective logistics operations.
Its rapid goods-to-person shuttle capability accelerates picking and enhances order fulfillment. Able to load or unload a full trailer in just five minutes, Logic claims the fastest dock-to-stock performance in the industry.
