8-year traction battery warranty
MMC guarantees that the main (traction) battery for the Eclipse Cross PHEV will maintain a capacity of 66% or more for a period of:
• 8 years from the date of first registration of the vehicle, or
• 160,000 km, depending on which event occurs first from the warranty start date.
In the event of customer complaints and if the battery capacity is less than 66%, replacement of the main (traction) battery is covered by the warranty.
In case of unauthorized disassembly, the warranty for the traction battery is no longer valid.
