The lighting and electronics specialist HELLA and French automotive supplier Faurecia have signed an agreement on the combination of the two companies. As part of the transaction, Faurecia will acquire the 60 percent stake held by HELLA pool shareholders. The pool shareholders of HELLA will retain an up to 9% stake in the listed parent company via a reverse shareholding and therefore will continue to closely accompany HELLA in the future. A pool representative is also to join Faurecia’s Board of Directors.

Ford Romania announces that the new Machang E-Mustang is now available for pre-orders in Romania, through the network of Ford dealers specialized in selling electric vehicles. The starting price is 42,800 euros (with VAT and the Rabla Plus bonus applied).
The Ford Mustang Mach-E is available with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, both versions can be paired with a standard or extended range battery. The version with extended range and rear-wheel drive has a range of up to 610 km measured in WLTP mode. The battery is charged from 10% to 80% in 38 minutes for the standard battery version and in 45 minutes for the extended battery version.
